20170228--是日接近下午六時三十分,到聯和墟街市權記斬料。店內還剩白切雞兩隻,跟燒味師傅落單半隻白切雞($55)半隻白切雞--雞肉實在,不會梅,雞皮爽脆油脂不多,雞味有,但不多。全隻是$110,半隻$55沒加價錢。以價錢和味道來說,在同區外賣白切雞來說,算是外賣加料首選。年初二時,在此店買了雞和燒肉作開年飯餸菜,當天大排長龍,但鄰店就不見此情況,相信食客也是懂得選擇的。燒肉在早上八時買的,中午約一時還是皮脆肉嫩,值得一試。
