520對於蒔芽情侶係不可錯失嘅節日,可惜也是我這位*肥佬*老公要補鑊嘅時候,過咗先知補祝大不是,所以一定要揾間有氣氛格調嘅餐廳去哄反女皇做完功課後發現呢間位於佐敦一條後街嘅 luxury 私房菜。比起其他私房菜呢度環境都算大,眼觀可容納40-50人,加上開放式大廚房可以令廚師同客人拉近距離。當然唔少得嘅焟光,乾花襯托起浪漫氣氛哄女就係呢啲入座後,餐廳送上小禮物吉列炸蠔,唔算大,但好熱好脆芝士,蠔加上簡單蛋黃醬,都好夾之後就係麵包配上三種口味嘅牛油,海鹽,黑松露,同蕃茄,個人最喜歡黑松露頭盤香煎鵝肝,煎得火喉剛好,緊緊鎖住內裡豐厚嘅油香,配上少許廚師秘製,類似枣肉而製嘅醬,減去多出嘅油膩感。另一度都係鵝肝但係魚子鵝肝mousse,所以口感完全唔同,幼滑口感 ,油香依存,我較喜歡呢個湯有什菌湯,不過不失龍蝦湯雖香,但略為偏咸呢度係海膽 cabonaru, 海膽令原先creamy嘅汁,增添多一層口感同味道,幾有心思牛柳薯仔丸,汁煮得惹味,煙un Q口嘅薯丸吸入牛柳汁,好好食,份量太多,需要倆人分享主菜有慢煮牛面珠,炆得好入味,口感好軟, 微微牛酥味,我好中意黑毛豬扒,肉質嫩,煮法相對簡單,所
