自問係一個終極米線控,香港大大小小出名既米線都幾乎食過哂,但講最好食同最岩我食,一定係老闆娘米線。我最鍾意係佢既麻辣湯,小小辣多多麻,好惹味,會令人引唔住係咁食。另外佢既配料都係非常特別,最出名應該係炸物,我就叫左四款,分別係酥炸雞球/野菌腐皮卷/魚肉響鈴/蝦膠豆卜。酥炸雞球,食落啖啖肉,有好香既醃料味,D肉亦都非常之滑,不過略嫌炸粉有小小厚,但都值得一食。野菌腐皮卷,入面超級多菇,外面亦超級脆,鍾意食菌類既朋友就記得叫啦!魚肉響鈴,好有魚味既炸物,不過凍左就有少少硬身。蝦膠豆卜,係我最鍾意既一個配料,好脆又唔會太乾同油膩,有D似係長洲食到既炸豆卜

炸雞球,食落啖啖肉,有好香既醃料味,D肉亦都非常之滑,不過略嫌炸粉有小小厚,但都值得一食。

野菌腐皮卷,入面超級多菇,外面亦超級脆,鍾意食菌類既朋友就記得叫啦!

魚肉響鈴,好有魚味既炸物,不過凍左就有少少硬身。

蝦膠豆卜,係我最鍾意既一個配料,好脆又唔會太乾同油膩,有D似係長洲食到既炸豆卜
