由於去到已經是晚上9點,人流不是太多,我們選了角落的四人枱坐下,我們看了一會餐牌,朋友就去收銀處付款落單,落單後,等待叫號碼,此餐廳是先付款後取食物。
我點了大碗麵有十款餸以傳統配料為主,當中以蘿蔔、豬腸、豬皮及豬紅最為馳名,其餘有魚旦、雞翼、雞翼尖、紅腸、魷魚🦑及時菜。
咖央多士,香脆。
朋友選了三餸麵,炸魚皮、蘿蔔及紅腸。其中炸魚皮又脆又香。
抹茶紅豆冰,入口溫醇回甘滋味,甜潤,又有抹茶🍵香味。大大粒紅豆,有少量熬得起沙,簡直是絕配。













To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
