炭爐雞蛋仔, 全香港唔會仲有幾檔剩低, 既然咁別緻, 當然黎試一試. 一底$10, 即叫即整, 吃下去就是fresh, 外皮很香脆, 內裏仲係軟綿綿的, 幾有層次感, 口感豐富. 雖然做得不錯, 但仍不及北角那檔, 但是炭爐雞蛋仔, 感情分贏哂!!
