灣仔區完成工作,約朋友去紅花會試吃酸菜魚,聽聞此店的調味用的料很正宗,所以想試很久,限聚令剛好4人去試。老壇酸菜魚(桂花或海沙巴)$428 我選了吃桂花魚除肉質滑嫩外,我要求微辣所以味道就剛好,味蕾就感覺到很多不同的豐富味道魚骨有少少肉還炸了放進去,反而我吃了很多魚骨茶燻醬茶鴨燻味不太霸道皮脆肉嫩,值得一試還有,兩道小菜其中韭菜花腰果蝦乾抄豬腰豬潤,味道幾好。至於砂鍋胡椒海中蝦不是味道不好,而是蝦肉太爽口不是我的口味,開了大邊雖胡椒是入味很多,可惜就吃時不方便。

燻味不太霸道皮脆肉嫩,值得一試

還有,兩道小菜其中韭菜花腰果蝦乾抄豬腰豬潤,味道幾好。
