粉麵老店幾十年,招牌菜自制魚蛋,必食。仲有研發成功,好味、嫰滑炆牛腩,值得一試。自制辣椒油,夠晒香辣,淨食渣最正 ﹗魚蛋鴛鴦加底加牛腩,嘩 ﹗無限驚喜,終於等到今日喇 ﹗碗麵一放上枱,第一眼望落枱度已察覺有唔同,好好好味既牛腩,肥瘦適中、恰到好處,炆得嫩滑、非常入味,個人黎講只係略厭果皮味稍重。但已經再唔係以前啲無味、鞋烚烚、一口渣、硬掘掘既牛腩,弟老闆做得好好 ﹗魚蛋彈牙,好鮮好香魚味。雞湯底加埋香濃腩汁好配合,剛好。賣相一流,粉麵同配料都放得好有調理,食得好開心,多謝 ~魚蛋鴛鴦加底加粉腸,由細食到大,食左十幾年,一直無變既係辣椒油,依舊香辣十足,我比較喜歡走油淨渣,當飯食,正呀 ( 冒汗中 )。仲有無變既係無味精雞湯底,成碗飲晒都得,真材實料唔口渴。自製魚蛋爽口彈牙又鮮味。雖然有陣時都會失手,口感比較散、有魚腥味,但咁多年基本上都保持一定水準 ﹗試左咁多次粉腸,始終都係有苦澀味、而且過林唔彈牙。都係食返最拿手既魚蛋啦,有保證。都唔知點解每次一兩點後啲湯就淡晒,而係忙既鐘數啲粉麵又煮得唔夠時間,唔夠熱只暖、唔夠軟滑似滾水浸一浸就攞出黎,唉 ........ 質量最緊要呢 ~
