To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我喺中環返,每日都會同同事去食lunch,經常都會幫襯蛇王芬呢間中菜館,無論小菜,燒味飯,炒粉麵飯都做得非常出色,另外主打燉湯配燒味飯套餐150元,燉湯配碟頭飯系列 170元。通常每日都會有五款燉湯,非常受歡迎,售完即止。銀芽肉絲炒麵 80元,銀芽肉絲炒到好香口,再將芡油淋上炒麵,入口又脆又軟,肉絲同銀牙令到炒麵更加有口感,加少少秘製嘅辣椒醬增添香味。紅燒斑腩飯 90元,斑腩味道好香,煎到金黃色,入口魚肉味香濃,另外芡汁配上肉絲冬菇,令到班腩嘅鮮味更加突出,食落去啖啖肉,用嚟配飯真係一流。菠蘿咕嚕肉 140元,賣相非常吸睛,咕嚕肉外焦內嫩,加上糖醋汁包住,入口味道酸酸甜甜,食落去特別開胃,好吃而不膩,另外有菠蘿,青椒,紅椒,洋蔥。整體味道非常配搭。咕嚕肉真係太讚。鮑魚燴五蛇羮 ,真材實料,食落去啖啖蛇肉,味道真係好鮮甜,另外配埋檸檬葉薄脆,增添味道層次同口感。好鍾意食佢呢度個蛇羹,味道真係好香好鮮。
