大埔食野一向都多選擇,今次就黎試下呢間近住太和站既麵店啦。舖位好顯眼,就係條大馬路已經見到,招牌都好醒神。先試牛筋腩河,d腩熬得好淋,而筋有嚼勁。而河粉係幼身偏碎,連湯食就岩晒。最正係個湯底,係好香濃既腩汁,味精味唔重。咸雞牛柏葉粥,雞果然夠咸而且好嫩滑,令到清淡既粥潤色不少,而牛柏葉係原始既黑色,而係平日所見漂完白既色,食落好放心。粥底熬得好鮮甜、軟身,係我至愛既質感。炸雲吞(細),雖然話係細,不過都有成六粒。炸得好脆,而脆皮帶點咸香,唔係平日酒樓個d主要食個汁既風格。炸鯪魚球(細),同樣都係有六粒。醃得好香,味道好有層次,會食得好香魚味既內裏,加上咸香既表面,再蘸埋蜆汁帶點鮮味,愛重口味既人必食。
