To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間店街知巷聞啦!…d招牌貨幾十年味道都冇點樣變過…由港島區食到黎呢度(青衣),不過疫情下要讚下佢都算十分守規矩,枱與枱之間都有隔開距離及加上膠板!(令食客可以安心堂食)自助形式自己服務自己…先付款購票再等叫號碼,之後自己拎埋枱食果種服務式囉!話明係"招牌春卷''每次一定必食!下午茶$38個餐係有(招牌春卷+魚片)今次加多個餸冬菇+$8再轉埋個麻辣湯底又+$2,再黎柸凍奶茶再+$5…其實都要成$53蚊(你話低唔低食…就見仁見智啦!)不過呢間d冬菇特別好味,冬菇都算夠厚身,不過並不是次次都係原隻比你,好多時係Cut開得半隻!(尤其特別大隻果d)希望佢老闆睇到會改善一下及關注下啦!以前食過係原隻冬菇會有兩隻嫁!…🙏都係果句: 冇期望就唔會失望的一餐!!!
