不得不承認，小妹已經成為Salisterra 鐵粉❤️至四月開幕，已經吃過第三次了Salisterra 真的比從前Cafe gray 好吃太多了真的好像有點密，午餐菜單也不是更改太大Fish SoupAlmond, datterini tomatoes上次也是點同樣的，因為太好吃了魚湯非常濃稠，蕃茄香能帶出魚湯鮮甜，輕輕烤過的杏仁非常有驚喜，魚肉亦非常嫩彈，小蕃茄可能鹽漬過少咸Chargrilled Kumamoto Pork LoinPeperonata, gem lettuce落單時職員很貼心地提示這款是四成熟會有點粉紅色會唔會介意油脂分布很平均，非常香口，但光吃豬扒會有點過膩，配上洋蔥紅椒等酸菜是一個非常好的平衡Selection of French and Italian CheeseWalnut bread, tomato chutney 最後一道忘記拍照..這張是上次的😜Coffee or Tea$415+10%翻兜指數:4.5/5📍 Salisterra (金鐘)金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場奕居49樓
