To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有在翠園飲茶,因怕人多,今天早上十點半和太太來到將軍澳翠園酒樓,居然不用等位,剛好房間有張吉枱,香港人實在太喜歡嘆早茶,酒樓都有九成客,點心有很多選擇和優惠,我點了煎蛋牛肉飯、皮蛋瘦肉粥跟油條、香煎蘿蔔糕、陳皮牛肉球、四式燒賣和菠蘿焗餐飽,點心都保持美心集團的應有水準,四式燒賣頗有創業,包括鮑魚、鮮蝦、帶子和鵝肝燒賣各一粒,菠蘿焗餐飽都頗俱心思,黑色飽內含有新鮮菠蘿肉,埋單$209都算合理。
