To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朝早嘆早茶，最享受莫過於悠閒嘅時間配上一籃籃嘅熱辣辣點心啦！今次我走進翠園，感受到嘅不單止係滋味，更多嘅係一種懷舊與新鮮嘅結合。首先推介煎蛋牛肉飯，牛肉鬆軟得滑，蛋香四溢，真係不得了🤤。香煎蘿蔔糕外層焦香，入面層次感十足，彷彿每一啖都係傳統與創新嘅完美交織。至於陳皮牛肉球，融合咗滿滿嘅柑橘香氣，喺牛肉嘅醇厚中增添咗幾分清新，惹味得嚟唔膩口。然後唔得唔提呢個四式燒賣，有冇睇錯？係咁嘅，鮑魚燒賣一啖嘅奢華，鮮蝦同帶子嘅鮮甜，再到鵝肝嘅濃郁，係一個燒賣托盤裏展現出嘅四重天味道，令我樣樣都想再嚟一籃。最後嗰個菠蘿焗餐包，係經典之作，每咬一口嘅奇妙質感與點綴其中嘅新鮮菠蘿果粒，簡直令人心花怒放🌸。絕對係一次平民化但又不失高質感嘅飲茶體驗。笑口常開，今日嘅心情好得嚟飽嗑晚飯又無難度！真係要再嚟多幾轉啦！👍
