今日day off 雖然身邊個個都要返工，一個人見天氣咁好點都要出去行下食餐lunch再去gym。記得早排朋友介紹炊公館，於是決定去試下，一上到iSQUARE 29樓，有兩間餐廳，一左一右，阿一海景飯店同炊公館。穿上粉紅色制服好sharp醒嘅 reception姐姐招待我到一張2人窗邊檯，今日個景真係好靚，我唔識形容，大家睇相吧！一個人簡簡單單來個set lunch唔洗煩，set lunch 係半自助式，頭盤和甜品可以自己攞，更加係任食！對我呢種有食力嘅人，真的愛死你！服務員推介我飲這個$12任飲的冰凍柚子茶，真係唔敢相信！無錯！係$12任飲！大熱天時飲落去特別清新宜人！我飲咗6杯！賺曬！任頭盤嘅食物選擇唔算多，但有中、有西，作為頭盤我認為夠誠意，沙律菜亦夠新鮮！我最愛嘅麵包，自己加熱，熱辣辣，正！主菜叫咗泰國紅咖哩鴨配白飯(套餐價$168)，有啲似乾咖哩嘅做法，咖哩汁另上，要幾多汁隨自己喜好。鴨味好濃，咖哩亦好香，唯獨我覺得唔夠辣，如果可以再辣啲就更理想！到甜品，走回自助檯，中西式兼備，又係任食！正！成餐lunch $168 (set：自助頭盤/餐湯/甜品 + 自選主菜) + $12
