呢間餐廳以雀名為店名,背後個故事幾有意思,金翅雀全身金色是因為食金色的花長大,即是食乜似乜,隱喻餐廳食材優質;而且雀仔四處飛,亦比喻食材來自大江南北。今晚俾我搵到呢間餐廳,混合香港及亞洲元素於西餐裏面,有創意亦美味,而且味道好之餘亦不過濃,值得推薦!呢度係飲杯酒食吓嘢嘅地方,餐牌貴精不貴多,前菜賣百幾,主菜兩百幾。Lagavulin 10 yrs Delays Viognier, Rhine Valley, France我飲威士忌,同伴一杯紅酒,周日晚興鬆吓。點咗兩款前菜,第一款叫 Pani Puri,名字與印度小食一樣,攞咗個概念個皮係脆嘅,餡料係蟹肉醬,以喜馬拉雅山黑鹽調味,外脆內軟,幾鮮甜,幾好食。第二款係烤紅蝦 Red Shrimp,特色係醬汁加咗冬蔭,車厘茄伴碟,賣相都好靚,紅蝦冇理由唔好食!主菜一羊一牛,Lamb Belly Roulade 好有創意,靈感來自羊腩煲,手撕羊肉捲起砌番個型,配合埃及果仁、皇帝菜,肉非常嫩,味道豐富又多汁。Beef Short Ribs 牛小排,用巴東牛肉醬調味,仲有菲律賓的粟米脆脆、羽衣甘藍、肉米糕泡沫,一樣咁鬆軟美味。最後忍唔住食甜品,Ch
