To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去美心飲茶就多,食晚飯就少d機會啦,同屋企人行完街,一於去試下晚飯啦~梅子排骨,一向好鐘意食用梅子煮既餸,梅子味唔太酸,排骨新鮮~ 生啫豬爽肉玉蘭煲,有媽媽最愛既芥蘭,仲有大量蝦乾,好香好味道~~椰汁南瓜燴三鮮,三鮮有蝦、珊瑚蚌同帶子,蝦好彈牙,珊瑚蚌同帶子都好新鮮,加埋甜甜既南瓜,開頭以為用椰汁煮會好怪,但係又出奇地夾到wo~甜品叫左紅豆沙,有好多大粒既紅豆,仲煮到起沙添呀~ 好有誠意既甜品!!!
