To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身係美國都好流行呢款菜式,而且亦都係深水埗試過呢間分店,所以今次想黎尖沙咀試吓!嗌左個808 $118: 上面佈滿好多三文魚籽,撈埋啲飯一齊食,有醬爆效果,非常有口感!另外仲有大大粒嘅吞拿魚,撈埋自家製嘅沙律醬真係好好味~如果覺得有啲heavy, 佢仲用左青瓜+生菜+枝仁豆做配菜,食落去可以中和返之前嘅飽膩感女朋友就嗌左ONO $108: 有少少唔同,佢係用左三文魚撈黎食,而且亦都落左皇帝蟹棒,配菜就會相對少啲啲。而飯係用左珍珠米黎煮,粒粒都好飽滿,而且乂少少嘅醋酸味,撈埋沙律醬食雖然有啲heavy, 但係好滿足黃金蝦卷 $68/6條: 炸得好香脆,再配埋個芥末沙律醬一齊食,唔會太過熱氣,食落去蝦肉爽口彈牙So far, 呢間餐廳嘅食物質素都幾高~中意食呢類日式fusion魚生飯嘅朋友,一定要試呢間呀!
