To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無出街食晚飯,見星期二係3月最後一天,仲未過自己生日月,正好比一個藉口自己,出街食餐好少少,哈哈星期一打電話去訂枱,想訂星期二晩飯,但服務員説餐廳因「新冠肺炎疫情」關係,政府限制餐廳食客人數,需要減半、所以叫我明天walk-in;好彩我醒目,問下佢有否排隊App,原來真係有,叫「Kabu」到星期二晚,放工搭車去餐廳「牛角Buffet」途中,用「Kabu」搖距取票,的確方便,節省時間;餐廳有5個LV嘅價錢比食客選擇,我哋揀左「LV3 美國SRT極上和牛放題」,有100品種食物可以揀。入餐廳前先要量度體溫,另外,服務員派左一個白色信封,用嚟放口罩用由於限時100分鐘,我哋即刻落單,試左多款牛肉:牛板腱肉、一口牛、牛肋肉...等。整體來講,上菜速度快,肉質鮮嫩,味道唔錯價格💰:$371.8 ($338 + $33.8)味道😋: OK
