To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 身為粉麵控的我, 結婚前在家還是會一日都有一餐飯吃 (因為我媽是飯桶一名, 那餐不吃飯就會手軟腳軟的說~~), 但婚後身為無飯主婦的我, 當然食什麼就由我做主啦~ 所以日本拉麵, 我來也~~~來到佐敦這間拉麵店, 店舖小小, 還真似去食日本道地拉麵的說~我就坐在師傅面前~我就叫了個黑熊拉麵 (即黑蒜, 叉燒拉麵) 要幼麵 (HKD78), 加個秘製糖心蛋(HKD10), 嘩, 好濃好香的黑蒜氣味呢~也是蛋控的我當然要試咗個糖心蛋先啦~一咬, D 蛋黃就好似溶岩流出來, 好熱但好滑, 而且蛋味四溢, 好好味~再看下個湯式先, 黑濃濃的黑蒜, 加了點蔥花, 不過好似有D 油~但飲一啖就不得了, 湯式濃烈度不足為人道, 黑蒜及豬骨湯底味從齒間散發開來, 你說他是否好鹹, Sorry, 其味道香濃同時不能用鹹同不鹹來形容…而叉燒的厚薄肥瘦適中而麵我就叫了個普通硬度的麵底, 所以都爽口煙靭, 食到Shur Shur 聲.另外又叫了個熊自家製煎餃子( HKD38), 也是煎得香脆不過焦, 裹面的配料也是美味熱騰騰的,食飽飽飲下荼, 過了一陣竟然見到個黑蒜拉麵個湯起衣起膠似的, 嘩, 一定用了好足料

食飽飽飲下荼, 過了一陣竟然見到個黑蒜拉麵個湯起衣起膠似的, 嘩, 一定用了好足料好多豬骨才可以餚成這個骨膠原這麼豐富的湯底啊~
Other Info. : 我見到店員們同位男師傳溝通時用簡單英文, 而有時又都其他人講一串日文的東東, 我估這個師傅還是日本人的說~
