To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎試佢地的lunch,款式都算多，叫左個喇沙和薏米水，有水準的，味道好濃，但略為油了一點，麵是油面配米份，索晒果湯，果湯好味，濃濃的被味和椰汁味，即使好濃我都忍不住飲了很多，薏米水不會過甜，薏米味尚算濃，好有冰爽的感覺，好正。另外，友人叫了海南雞飯，雖然真是沒有新加坡的感覺（在香港真係好難食到新加坡果種海南雞飯，所以都不會太大期望）飯有點油，但雞好滑，不過份量好少。我地另外加配兩串沙嗲，味道一般，不過不失。最後，lunch 想食下濃味的，這間是可以一試的，有星馬的味道的！
