農曆新年時間,仍然住喺大埔圍頭啲長輩級屋企人就叫咗盆菜到會嚟食,雖然年年都會係咁樣做,但係都唔會覺悶,因為都總有意義嘅。之所以要食盆菜就係因為方便大家一班人圍住嚟食,家陣的盆菜乜嘢奇形怪狀嘅食物都有,用古靈精怪嚟形容就係最貼切不過但係我哋呢啲傳統嘅盆菜就係有傳統嘅食材,支竹、蘿蔔、豬皮、生菜、芋頭、冬菇、魚旦、發菜、蠔豉、腩肉、雞、蝦、呢啲食材都係缺一不可 ; 味道好唔好食係其次,最重要就係夠好意頭。盆菜好簡單,但係製作就複雜而且最緊要係用心去做,呢一間嘅盆菜就做得唔錯,因為啲腩肉同芋頭都好入味,豬皮又夠淋又入味。好食。
