銅鑼灣新開了一家新派潮州菜館「鬼滷」,今晚約了朋友來嚐嚐潮州口味。餐廳在The L Square 21樓,裝修時尚,一派西餐廳的格局。未到七時,餐廳已經坐無虛席,幸好自己一早訂好了位。餐牌都是西餐形式,分前菜、主菜、甜品.......等,可自由選擇及配搭。餐前小食是一碗自家製爆谷,新鮮香脆,外面包住蜜糖,很有新意。前菜:“蜆仔生菜包”,份量不少,蜆仔特別豐富,加少許自家製辣醬用生菜包住來吃,非常惹味。前菜:“蘭王蛋蠔餅”,鮮蠔外面包住蛋漿炸脆起花,裏面的蠔保持鮮美多汁,截然不同的口感。主菜:“潮州滷味拼盤(三選)”(豬仔脾、滷水鵝肉、慢煮鹽香雞),用慢火暖住保持溫度,以免油脂凝固,吃起來特別鮮味。潮州經典滷水汁,五香味突出,尤其是鹽香豆腐,軟滑無比,豆香配上滷水汁,天作之合。鵝肉嫩滑兼入味,是必食之選。飯麵:“黑松露蔥油拌麵”,黑松露香味滲透麵條,味道濃郁,加上麵條又爽滑,好味得有點驚喜。這裏的菜色有創意,又美味,服務員的態度友善,有耐性,我享用了滿意的晚餐。
