To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁母親節前仲有AE card discount, 趕緊黎北京樓食餐好既~因為今日一心黎食片皮鴨,所以只係叫左2個餸。個片皮鴨足足等左一個鐘!但一上枱就覺得值得等的,一整碟皮脆肉嫩的烤鴨,配埋熱辣辣既春卷皮,簡直係絕配!由於佢係一鴨兩食,第二食係鴨肉加埋蔬菜粒,再有生菜包住食,為油膩既菜式加番d清新味道。另外叫左碟乾扁肉碎四季豆,呢味普普通通啦,正常小菜冇咩特別折扣左後2個人只係食左2百幾蚊,十分之抵食!
