To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 來到荔枝角工業大廈這頭,朋友非要和我去銀座炎蔵燒肉吃海鮮燒烤,吃完之後覺得確實是很值得!海鮮三味有好大隻的蝦、大條滑順的魷魚和大粒粒好有光澤的扇貝。大蝦在高温燒烤下逐渐变熟,表面泛起诱人的金黄色,散发着诱人的香气。大蝦鲜美,魷魚弹牙,扇貝柔軟,每一樣都既有燒烤的香氣又保留了食材本身的鲜味,令人食慾大開!牛肉海帶湯海柔軟順滑,散發出淡淡的海味,為湯增添了一絲清新的風味,湯又有牛肉的香味!泡菜三味有泡蘿蔔、泡黃瓜和泡白菜,这三种泡菜酸辣香甜,各有特色,搭配在一起,相得益彰,酸辣爽口,开胃解腻!
