同朋友👩🏻‍🦰一齊喺呢個商場,見到呢間餐廳🍴,星加坡🇸🇬食物,幾吸引,於是就決定入去試吓😆$88「蒜片炒青龍菜」:未聽過未食過「青龍菜」,見到就當然有興趣試吓🤩,上枱嘅時候見到外觀有啲似韭菜,顏色嫩綠,口感幾爽脆,味道有啲似韭菜/青蒜,不過再清淡一啲,同埋再嫩一啲😋;咁到底呢種菜係咪新栽培出嚟嘅呢?網上有咁樣嘅介紹:「這種類似韭菜的青龍菜,其實一直以來都存在的,只是沒有人引進種植,所以沒有在市場出現。其實「青龍菜」的原名是叫 「龍篙菜」,源自西伯利亞和阿拉伯國家。也是法國餐里的高檔蔬菜之一。 這種菜的出現,是在幾年前,由一位退休劉姓的農業科學家,引進到金馬倫高原(馬來西亞)種植」🤩;簡單講:清新好味😋$140「黑松露香煎鮑魚4隻」:鮑魚切小粒,煎得好香口,咬落腍腍哋加少少煙靭,仲加咗香噴噴嘅黑松露醬,香上加香,好好味😋$48「班蘭咖吔多士」:脆脆哋,有成片牛油🧈喺中間🤩,有星馬風味😋$88「新加坡🇸🇬鮮蝦🦐喇沙麵」:不嬲都鍾意食喇沙,呢度嘅喇沙湯底相當濃郁,喇沙麵粗身軟軟哋,吸咗啲濃郁嘅喇沙湯,好味🤩
