To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美味口水雞飯

係機場翻工咁耐，每日最苦惱既問題就係lunch食乜，自從T2關左之後，選擇就更加少。金記位置前身係misocool, 有幫襯過不過吾覺得特別好食，但金記開左之後就好評如潮，其中口水雞係最多人讚。作為機場工作一份子的我，一定要試下la.其實金記menu既選擇都幾多，不過既然一心要試口水雞，其他既就下次再試啦，現場果然最多人食口水雞。個餐仲包一個湯，湯每日吾同款，幾好飲，有住家湯既感覺。至於口水雞，份量都吾少，味道好香，有點點麻辣味，不過又吾會太辣，總之會令你食到停吾到口，好快就食晒成碗飯不過雞有少少肥，如果減肥中既人士就未必適合了
