朋友係客家人話好掛住客家菜,所以就試吓依間順便做下節!首先,上咗韮菜花炒鮮魷,炒得好有獲氣,韮菜花揀得好嫩,所以好清甜,鮮魷好新鮮,好彈牙,雖然價錢有少貴,但絕對值依個價錢!第一道菜太有驚喜,對第二道菜更有期望!係熱辣辣嘅沙窩上嘅圍村獅頭鵝,香噴噴炆鵝,我覺得獅頭鵝比普通鵝嘅肉味濃好多,肉較厚,個汁帶甜,送飯一流!所以加咗一碗飯最最最好食係秘製煎釀蠔豉!一咬落去,有好香濃豬肉味,爆曬汁,仲食到蠔豉嘅咸鮮,仲有鮮豬潤,冬菇香我哋忍唔住問老闆,原來用豬網油包住豬肉,釀入蠔豉,冬菇,豬膶!唔怪之得,有時多層口感同豐富嘅味道!最後,仲有煲到啱啱好起沙嘅紅豆沙作結

我哋忍唔住問老闆,原來用豬網油包住豬肉,釀入蠔豉,冬菇,豬膶!唔怪之得,有時多層口感同豐富嘅味道!

最後,仲有煲到啱啱好起沙嘅紅豆沙作結
