To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大伙兒預約到旺角新世紀廣場飲茶,選了這間再裝修沒多久的食店,歡歡樂樂吃了一頓午餐。~煙燻素鵝冷盤上,煙燻味道特出,口感和味道也不錯。~滷牛𦟌份量不少,牛𦟌切得厚薄適中,味道又不會過鹹,不錯呀!~雪菜肉絲炒粉皮清清淡淡的粉皮入口煙韌,配惹味雪菜和肉絲,配合得宜。最重要的是粉皮炒得完全不油膩。~瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得乾爽,粒粒白飯配惹味瑤柱和滑滑蛋白,口感不錯。~鮮蝦腐皮卷炸得有點油膩的腐皮卷餡料充實,蝦肉爽口彈牙。~鮑汁鳳爪滿滿骨膠原的入味鳳爪味道適中,不會過鹹。炆得腍身的花生同樣入味,有咬口又不硬。~山東燒雞保持水準,雞肉鮮嫩入味,汁醬份量不少,味道適中,不會過鹹。~鎮江肴肉冷盤肴肉質感和味道也不錯,作為前菜一流。這店的食物質數不錯,加上價錢公道,所以亦受食客的歡迎。
