To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢週末有空和女友逛街，於是便到了尖沙咀的元氣壽司高速線，品嚐精美的壽司。這間分店位於尖沙咀中心，故此人流非常多，在門口等候的時間，亦有大概30分鐘。幸好店員安排適當，等後的號碼一到，即時獲安排入座，非常體貼。今期元氣壽司推行塔斯曼尼亞三文魚盛宴，所以我們都非常期待可以品嚐到有關菜式，可惜的是，由於分店人數太多，有關菜式已經全部售出，所以若想品嚐，其他顧客記得要盡快到元氣壽司🍣雖然未能品嚐到塔斯曼尼亞三文魚，然而這間元氣分店的其他菜式仍然保持在高水平，魚生亦很新鮮。壽司亦不錯，熱食亦恰到好處。這次我們到元氣壽司亦特定點了一個提子特飲，特飲的質素都很高，可以說彌補了沒有三文魚的遺憾。總言之，元氣壽司還是會去的
