先要讚下餐前個麵包,身為包痴的我覺得個包絕對比好多市面光賣包的專門店做得更加好味,個煙肉味牛油非常邪惡地好味, 個黑松露牛油更加真材實料 (出面太多餐廳所謂黑松露餸菜就咁加啲平黑松露油)雖然佢係日法fusion, 純睇sashimi 質素絕不欺場, 個海膽同魚生非常新鮮鵝肝cream brûlée 非常有創意, 滿口鵝肝香味而且不會滯, 有驚喜, 系鐵板燒鵝肝未試過的另一種風味鮑魚飯簡直無得頂最後個丸子甜品神奇一啖入口爆開, 有淡淡清新生果味, 我個人好like 個焦糖cake (canele). 信我,好味過幾間有名法式甜品店香港無乜呢類日法fusion, 千零蚊個set 睇落似貴, 不過依我觀察其實個set 成本堅貴, (未計坐得勁寬敞) 比起外面甘多幾百蚊劣食食完成肚氣, 呢間我推薦
