To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 三號風球天氣,唯有去美孚室內泳池游泳,完後,到銀龍茶餐廳吃個晚餐,餐廳位于美孚地鐵站C2出口旁不遠,進去環境簡潔,座位挺寬鬆。點了【生炒牛肉飯套餐】$65。生炒牛肉飯份量不用説確實慷慨,因白色等邊三角形的碟子中間是凹下去的,盛食物要有一定份量才能令食物凸起,所以見這碟飯是凸得高高的。牛肉不嫩不滑炒過火了,相當韌,有好幾塊是嚼不動的,飯粒炒得算幹身,粒粒分明,但整碟飯越吃越幹,口腔所分泌的水份也難以將咀嚼的飯而咽下。尚好已多點一碟【油菜】$18,油菜也算嫩,新鮮爽甜,菜汁可伴隨過幹的飯徐徐咽下。總的來説,服務週到,服務員挺善解人意。但這碟生炒牛肉飯相當遜色,缺少重點配料生菜絲。
