To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周末和女朋友逛街,逛到了这家尼泊尔餐厅,之前很少吃尼泊尔菜,于是抱着试一试的心态走进啦这家餐厅!菜品1. Momo:我们要的是鸡肉馅,煎&蒸双拼的,肉馅非常饱满多汁,面皮很劲道,再配上菜品提供的特质酱料,让人吃了还想吃2. Pani Puri:这个就是一个脆脆的球倒入店家特质的汁料后将脆球一口吞掉,非常有特色,尤其印象深刻的是神奇的汁料,很适合我的口味3. Chatamari:像是pizza一样,味道很香,也是这家餐厅的特色菜,芝士+鸡蛋+肉酱在饼上,没吃过的可以试一试。4. 尼泊尔肉干:这个印象深刻,因为这个实在是太太太太太太太辣啦,牛肉应该是风干的,很有嚼头,但辣味全都进入了牛肉当中,嚼一会舌头都喇麻啦,麻辣爱好者,必选!!!5. 咖喱牛肉:这道菜相对来说没什么太有特色的地方,如果想吃咖喱牛肉,还是去印度餐厅比较好。总体来说这家餐厅还是不错的,很有尼泊尔特色,没吃过尼泊尔菜的朋友们可以来试下
