To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好像是第三次來了。豪大大雞排和其他新興的台式餐廳還未在香港開店時,士林台灣麵在我心目中算是香港最早期的台式餐廳了,香酥雞扖更是我每次必叫的菜。如果兩個人來,多數都要搭枱坐。紅燒牛肉麵 $42這裡的牛肉麵比較貼緊香港人口味,湯底不算濃,始終我都是覺得荔枝角程班長的紅燒牛肉麵是最好味和比較正宗。香酥雞扖麵 $38一大塊雞扖切成八舊,肉厚而嫩滑,炸皮亦不厚,不過兩個人都食剩了。滷水拼盤 $47拼盤有鴨舌、鴨腎、豆干、雞翼、豬耳和雞蛋,自己最喜歡當中的豬耳和鴨舌。元朗近期亦是我喜愛搵食的好地方,每次經過元朗,提起台灣菜及香酥雞扖必會想起這裡。

紅燒牛肉麵 $42

這裡的牛肉麵比較貼緊香港人口味,湯底不算濃,始終我都是覺得荔枝角程班長的紅燒牛肉麵是最好味和比較正宗。

拼盤有鴨舌、鴨腎、豆干、雞翼、豬耳和雞蛋,自己最喜歡當中的豬耳和鴨舌。

元朗近期亦是我喜愛搵食的好地方,每次經過元朗,提起台灣菜及香酥雞扖必會想起這裡。
