To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對連鎖式食肆沒有好感,再吃一次,也仍然維持原判。鹵水不夠色也不夠味道;蠔烙不夠香;魚飯也有點暖暖的;炒蟹滿有避風塘特色;糕粿皮不夠軟糯,鹹的餡不夠香,甜的餡不夠甜;反沙芋聞起來香噴噴,一咬之下,糖是一塊一塊的跟芋頭分離。總之去十次創發或陳勤記等,五次尚興或兩興等,才來這裡一次就夠。唯一好處,勝在好坐,場面不錯,商務應酬,非常得體。是日在此,就是這個原因。每人消費二百多,每百五蚊可以蓋一個印仔,蓋滿八個,下次幫襯如滿三百,可以獎吃紅燒一品翅一煲,是日一次過可吃兩煲。不過有沒有下次,還是疑問。
