以前去翰騰閣必食點心之一,一定係脆皮燒腩仔,大家從其他相片中一定見到整齊排列,方型切法嘅燒腩。可惜,以往方型嘅燒腩仔已經不復再,向職員查詢一下,佢話改咗切法,我話咁嘅切法變得少咗,個職員亦好坦白話:「係呀!我都覺得係少咗!」跟住就行咗去。如果呢個份量收$62,咁即係每一片要起碼$5!我覺得完全食唔到燒肉應有嘅脆,或者唔應該叫「脆皮燒腩仔」,「五花腩薄切」更加適合!呢一碟嘅每一片都真係要好珍貴咁食!
