🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD$1280/ per person📍Address: 宴, Tin Hau對住維港景色食鐵板燒,認真係人生一大享受。前菜係日本白霧種冷波菜和北海道自家鮟鱇魚肝,入口甘香濃郁,充滿魚油嘅香氣。每個人會提供三款刺身或者三款壽司🍣,全部都頗為新鮮。兵庫縣失津生蠔,好似手掌咁大隻,入口充滿海水味,飽滿creamy。食完刺身,留咗一碗熱辣辣嘅日本淮山魚湯,充滿香甜嘅魚鮮味!鐵板燒部份,首先係香草牛油海蟄蝦,充滿香濃既牛油味。又係北海道帆立貝配三文魚籽,帆立貝本身非常鮮甜,加上三文魚籽,更加豐富。不過法國鵝肝配藍莓醬,藍莓醬中和鵝肝既油膩感,反而令鵝肝入口更加甘香。澳洲M9和牛牛舌,非常厚切,充滿牛既香濃味。特登加$280升級為日本宮崎和牛,果然值得,牛肉腍身,油脂比例好,入口即化✨最後黑松露蟹肉炒飯都非常出色,好夠鑊氣,啖啖蟹肉,每粒飯充滿黑松露香氣。再番個日本芝麻雪糕🍦,超級滿足!
