今日約咗朋友去銅鑼灣fine dinning, 餐廳位於告士打道,望出去就係維港嘅夜景,絕對係一個視覺上嘅享受!做得fine dinning,餐廳嘅枱數自然較少,等每個客人都可以舒舒服服享受美食!我地今日就揀咗5道菜嘅menu!首先上咗一個開胃菜,Parma Ham配上Mozzarella cheese,醬汁係酸酸甜甜嘅提子汁,大大降低咗Parma ham嘅咸度同油膩感!跟住就係前菜,燒牡丹蝦配三文魚子!特丹蝦燒到脆卜卜,入面仲有好多蝦膏,好香好好味!蝦身燒到半生熟,仲保持住刺身嘅甜度,加上三文魚子,增加口感!加上即炸嘅紫菜,真係好正!第二道菜係宇治抹茶豬骨高湯配海鮮!大廚嘅概念嚟自茶漬飯,宇治抹茶加咗豬骨之後無咗原本嘅苦澀味,係一個帶甜味嘅茶湯!海鮮用上赤貝、象拔蚌、馬刀貝、帶子同魷魚,海鮮全部都好新鮮,茶湯襯托出海鮮嘅鮮甜!絕對有驚喜!第三道菜我地揀咗今日精選嘅東星斑!東星斑塊煎得啱啱好,個皮脆口嘅,條魚一食就知非常新鮮!肉質鮮嫩,帶有海魚嘅札實口感!而且分量唔細,一條東星斑只係夠做幾舊。終於到我地嘅主菜!我揀咗slow cooked pork loin! 慢煮之下,豬柳無一絲嘅油

終於到我地嘅主菜!我揀咗slow cooked pork loin! 慢煮之下,豬柳無一絲嘅油膩,但係亦好淋好有口感!豬柳嘅味道好香,配上拌碟嘅蒜芯同竹筍嘅甜味!真係齒頰留香,陣香味留喺個口好耐都唔散!

甜品我揀嘅Tiramisu,上枱再加上酒然後點火,好靚!燒溶咗嘅棉花糖加上香濃嘅酒味,入面仲有咖啡啫喱!真係好好味!為呢個夜晚劃上咗完美嘅句號!
