私房菜源於清未,當時酷愛飲食的譚氏把家鄉的粵菜混合成譚家菜。由於家道中落,便開設了自家的粵菜館,貴精不貴多,所以每晚只有三圍。而私房菜和餐廳各有不同的市場,絕對稱得上香港飲食文化的一種。Les Saveurs Private Kitchen 是帶有亞洲風味的法國私房菜,共有三間房間,私隱度極高,在擁維港海景,讚嘆不已!午餐性價比較高,三道菜為$198,四道菜為$238,那裡找到呢~好喜歡這裡的碟~ 很有特色!餐前麵包牛角包鬆軟帶有牛油的香,另一款則為法包質地,略為硬身。美得像圖畫一樣! 用來清清口嚨的青檸慕絲,慕絲有點像芝士的味道,配上表蘋果,更覺清新,絕對是為整餐帶出一個出色的前奏。Tuna Tartar, with tomato chive, tomato jelly yogury sorbert前菜三款中選擇了吞拿魚他他,賣相不錯。先吃掉上面Sorbet,清清喉嚨。吞拿魚他他混合蕃茄香草和洋葱,都切得大小相約,入口的吞拿魚帶有洋葱的香,配合得不錯。Corn Soup深黃色的湯,用上了大量的粟米,粟米味道濃郁,沒有半點的粟米渣,滑流得滿分。旁邊的小餅乾上放有黑魚子及煙燻饍,沒想過如

深黃色的湯,用上了大量的粟米,粟米味道濃郁,沒有半點的粟米渣,滑流得滿分。旁邊的小餅乾上放有黑魚子及煙燻饍,沒想過如此妙的是,這兩樣相對鹽份較強,顯出湯的甜品更甚。

Beef on two way, Forest mushroom cream sauce
說是兩食的牛,其實是用上牛的兩個部分,牛面脥和牛肩。牛肉外面舖滿乾草橄欖磨碎,抗拒橄欖的我完全吃不出橄欖的味道,用上磨菇忌廉醬汁,味道不俗。比較喜歡牛肩,容易切開,但牛味則較淡,而牛面脥的則骨髓較多,牛味濃郁。
