之前同男友係深圳食過一次,今次係奧海城見到呢間「綠茶」都幾多人排隊一於試下有咩分別! - 綠蔥油汁萵筍(夏日限定)作為開胃季節前菜,萵筍切片後冰鎮,再將黃瓜片夾層,口感爽脆如「黃色翠玉瓜」,層次豐富,果然係夏日絕配。-蔥香脆皮烤鴨鴨皮脆薄,脂肪比例適中,不會過於油膩。旁邊搭配大量新鮮青蔥,可自行搭配甜麵醬包裹食用,增加風味。雖非北京烤鴨級數,但以這個價位來說,性價比合理。- 蔥薑蓉砂鍋焗牛肉牛肉選用半肥瘦部位,砂鍋焗製後肉質軟嫩,帶微微焦香。蔥薑蓉的辛香平衡了牛肉的油脂感,醬汁濃郁,但不膩口。蝦湯泡飯蝦湯熬得鮮甜,無多餘既油膩感,泡飯吸收哂蝦湯精華,米粒保持適中口感,唔會過軟,附上既脆米係亮點,可以按個人喜好添加,增加脆口口感。
