To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同女朋友行街，行到尖沙咀美麗華，我地都有啲口乾。咁啱見到habitu table，而女朋友本身係一位綠茶控，都想入去試試鋪内既熱抺茶泡沬豆奶（$54）；而我比較累，叫左杯凍鮮奶咖啡提神（$48）。等待過程中，店舖人流一般，二人座位特別多；反而三至六人坐位坐滿了客人。環境燈光幽暗，周圍乾淨。女朋友話熱抺茶泡沬豆奶，綠茶味好濃，因為滲左茶粉係豆奶面頭。如果飲前唔成杯搞一搞，第一淡會飲到好苦綠茶味，之後就飲到好甜豆奶味，味道唔平衡。而我杯凍鮮奶咖啡，味道一般；如果少啲冰，反而味道無咁淡。由於我們仲有節目，所以決定叫兩杯外賣拎住飲。而外賣無需加一費用，合共$103元。
