兩巷相交處,見到呢間主打越南食物的餐廳。內裏一片綠洲,可以暫時帶我逃避煩囂的城市。越南燒豬同香港的乳豬好相似,但個調味料有越南的風味!酥香嫩滑,外皮金黃色,像薯片一樣脆,色香味俱全。醬汁配lemongrass好特別,清新的感覺。越南火車頭呢碗湯粉啱晒牛魔王的我,配料同牛有關,又夠豐富,有安格斯牛肉、牛丸、牛肚、牛腩、扎肉、每樣都好吃😋湯底飲得出師傅落咗好多香料、材料熬製,味道清甜,不鹹,別有一番風味。仲可以加入芽菜、青檸等,令層次感再提升!飲品方面,我哋叫咗一個椰青和一杯Cocktail。Cocktail 叫百花飄香,以荔枝味為主,酒味唔算好重,幾清新、帶fruity的雞尾酒。最有驚喜係甜品。店員話每日的甜品都不同,要睇下時令當造的水果/材料邊樣新鮮,廚師就會即日製作,而且每款數量都唔多,建議落單前預留咗先~今日係有班蘭Panna Cotta,奶香班蘭味濃,少甜又不膩,很出色的甜品。嚟緊可能有榴槤雪糕,十分期待!
