To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前聽非常喜歡美容的朋友去試ammo的新tea set,於是時隔一個月後我再到ammo試一下Ammo x Glycel Bird's Nest 的下午茶,所有點心都採用了燕窩,對皮膚最好了,最適合愛漂亮的女生。侍應首先端上一盤茶葉,有好幾款選擇。我選了英式紅茶。我最期待的tea set出場了!首先上層的鹹點有Hamachi carpaccio with ponzu sauce and caviar 新鮮油甘魚加大大粒魚子及微酸的醬汁,作爲開胃鹹點就最適合不過。另外一款Mozzarella with tomator jelly, bird's nest and basil mayo 底層有羅勒醬,加上清新番茄,濃郁芝士及養生燕窩,配搭非常特別。Spicy Vela chorizo on toast with rocket and bird's nest利用了西班牙辣肉腸切絲,加上火箭菜及燕窩,有點辣辣的感覺但上面的燕窩有增添了一份清甜,不錯。Braised short rib burger with fungus and Gruyere cheese然後加入香濃Gruyere芝士、雲耳及

甜點有Coconut panna cotta with bird's nest. 有淡淡椰子味,而且唔會太甜,不錯。身爲抹茶控的我當然特別喜愛這款Green tea cake roll with red beans and bird's nest, 軟綿綿的綠茶蛋糕配上最佳拍檔紅豆餡,雖然綠茶味道並不太重,但燕窩加紅豆蓉的口感頗爲特別。Chocolate mousse puff朱古力味濃郁,但不會太添,較爲出色。

Raisin Scone with fig jam and cream 真心推介給大家,特別之處在於無花果醬,不會太甜,有別于外面餐廳的clotted cream,淡淡的果香非常開胃。
