今晚放工去旺角食川菜,同老公都好喜愛酸菜魚,而呢間小甜甜係銅鑼灣埔都久不久幫襯,但今次去旺角食算了,menu太多選擇,可惜得兩個人未能食太多,目標當然酸菜魚啦,還選左另一個餸叫鍋仔饅頭雞,另外推介嘅原味焗蜆,我自己就想食小雲吞,樣樣都精挑細選,啱啱我地兩個口味,另外加大凍檸茶,大滿足。每枱客人都有醃蘿蔔,爽脆微酸多汁味道適中嘅開胃菜。原汁原味清清地焗蜆,鮮甜粒粒飽滿的蜆肉,下次自己在家也可用呢個方法,食到蜆肉味不用太多調味,食得健康。酸菜魚(小鍋) $128三四個人食夠晒 它們用上天然養殖有機水庫魚,嫩滑入味但食時要小心較多細骨,如果怕多骨就可加$98 轉桂花魚架,不過基本個種魚已經可以啦,酸菜香菇香菜配料都好好味。鍋仔饅頭雞 $108原來真係用饅頭同炒辣雞,非常惹味,這樣的配搭幾特別,饅頭暖粒粒鬆軟醮少許汁同食幾好味。雞湯小雲吞 $38不像普通的雲吞,只用肉薄薄一層一層包著,味道就較清淡但都好味。Jumbo凍檸茶 $32 真係夠晒喉,過辣亦都好減低辣, 正呀!
