To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為知道有新店開業, 而同區好坐酒樓不多, 約好同樹們book晒位去開餐 1:00 準時到都唔full, 應該係同經濟差有關, 邊個家下唔係睇價做人呢 …哎 ~ 叫左over 20 碟點心, 沒有必要細寫, 因為水準平平, 無凸出之處, 點心唔飽, 再叫多 2 個炒野, 比較喜歡係明太子炒飯, 不油而粒粒分明, 水準之作 甜品更是敗畢, 選擇之小, 而我則要了紅豆糕, 真係粒粒紅豆有”咬”口 (好硬), 無甜味 ….. 差 ~ 服務則唔錯, 其實呢到都係做商務客多點, 桌與桌而間有好大空間, 坐得比較舒服, 佈置亦典雅, 價格高都係輿建基於佈置上, 同食物不成正比
