最近天氣凍凍哋,食碗熱辣辣嘅越南牛肉河粉暖下胃睇吓點🤯

燒豬頸肉外皮微脆、內裡鮮嫩,微微帶有炭香,都有食到層次感,醬汁香甜
春卷用嘅米紙都薄,包裹住炒粉絲同豬肉,配合使用咗嘅香草同醬料。
此外有越式蒸粉包,配合香辣扎肉,有多重調味—有肉碎、香菇同蒜片香蔥同蝦餅

雞翼以生菜同蒜嘅配合,疊加成海星形狀。牛油味都幾香👌🏻

至於大蝦菠蘿飯,菠蘿嘅酸甜同大蝦嘅鮮味配搭得唔錯,啲蝦口感爽彈,加上鬆軟鹹香嘅肉鬆同濕潤嘅炒飯。

特色吊龍湯粉湯頭鮮香清甜,肉質嫩滑而唔會太多脂肪油花。牛味濃。雖然我唔係特別好越南菜但都可以一戰👌🏻
