To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人氣!人氣!超人氣! 一早已知「牛角」是長龍店,我倆只有星期六得閒,可以早些去排隊食飯,於是五時正去到德福二期這間「牛角」吃飯,但都有三/四十人在排隊了!不用半小時,排隊已經排到近UNY那邊的超巿,幸好有店員維持秩序,安排打蛇餅,不過有D阿叔趁混亂博懞想打尖,當然不會得逞啦。。。。。。六時正!好野!條隊開始動了!由於我前面都有差不多廿張枱,所以我倆六時十五分才能入坐~雖然我們只有二人,但都有四人枱坐,很闊落,我們被安排入座最入那間房中,看看餐廳幾乎沒位,真是遲一點去怕且要等下一輪了~我們在排隊時已一早想好吃什麼!(餐廳門有MENU紙任取)一坐好便立即點餐了!等吃期間,搞呢搞路,玩下醬汁先,左起:魔法之鹽、辣味麵豉、燒汁(3款都好味!) 香草芝士雞肉$49-混合3種芝士超濃郁,不過沒人教我吃,原來將那錫紙盤放在燒爐上,我太笨將沒溶的芝士放在剛熟的雞肉上待溶,不過都OK,雞肉很嫩,平時我不吃雞皮的,但燒過後的雞皮很脆很香口! 豬頸肉(味噌)$39-呢個正!很入味,入口又鬆化,一定咬得開!王樣!腹胸肉(蒜茸味噌)$69-肉厚JUICY,燒好後再以剪刀剪開,因為都幾厚肉,好像牛扒般,牛味重~

除燒肉外,還有小吃。

辣油豆腐(凍食)$19 -我是超愛吃豆腐的人,我自己吃一整個!這個好像在吃鹹的甜品,我以小匙逐匙逐匙’筆’來吃,豆腐很企身不會散,看起來超辣但吃下是少少辣,面頭有些葱蒜是重點,很香口及濃味,跟豆腐很配~

牛角冷麵$59-內裏的溫泉玉子滑滑,冷麵很爽,麵汁加上泡菜少許辣酸咪咪很醒胃,真是很美味!

牛角飯$19-即是紫菜+燒汁+珍珠飯,不知為何吃了一口會想吃多口,燒汁撈飯真是好好味呀!餐廳介紹是紫菜包飯夾肉來吃,但齋吃這個也很不錯!早知不要跟同枱那個人share啦,因為越食越餓,這個飯相信可以一個人吃掉的!

我倆每人點一杯凍飲,吃燒肉越吃越熱要爽爽!

巨峰乳酸梳打/芒果乳酸梳打,各$29

巨峰好味D,不過很多冰,喝到最底沒味;芒果那款味勁似優之X品那隻芒果糖味,假左少少。

到燒肉店可以吃到可口熱辣辣的燒肉之餘,還可以玩玩玩,大家一同燒燒燒真的好忙,整餐飯好充實!

順帶一提,「牛角」的抽風系統不錯,我穿著毛衣也不吸味,頭髮也不臭,吃飽還去UNY的supermarket shopping,消化下做下運動!
