To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛渡過了一個寒冷的農曆新年,如果在那段時間吃一碗蛇羹絕對可以暖身,年初六反正有時間就前往中環的蛇王芬. 以前都吃過該店的臘腸,也是不錯的,唯獨出名的蛇羹還未有機品嚐.當天的溫度比前二日為熱,這次是今年第二碗蛇羹,上次是蛇宴中所吃.這裏出品的蛇羹要八十五元一碗,不便宜和我平時開的三,四十元一碗相差一截,而這碗蛇羹沒有什麼芡汁,味道夠濃,而蛇肉切得幼細,看來更為得體,我比較喜歡不添加任何東西,不過論此品真的不錯,八十五一碗也是值得.雙腸飯吃一碗不夠飽肚,要來多一碗鴦腸飯,即是臘腸和潤腸,賣四十五元一碗,聽價錢的確幾驚人,不過這裏的雙腸的確很好食,臘腸肥厚,吃落軟鬆,不會死甜,原條食都是過癮,早前家人買了榮華牌,食落甜過火,潤腸夠濃味,顯得比臘腸更肥美,如果碗飯加多一隻煎蛋就會更加爽.
