今晚好朋友生日,知道佢鍾意食酸菜魚,就同佢去九龍塘王家沙一些佢地出名既老壇酸菜魚。金網鴨網包:用上片皮鴨既肉質,食落淡淡鴨香,加上包皮軟滑吸盡鴨既肉汁,實在齒夾留香。黃金蟹粉麻球:金黃既大閘蟹膏壤入金黃煎堆中,炸起既外皮,將蟹粉肉汁鎖實,蟹粉味濃,有陣陣金香。醬汁牛仔骨烤年糕:用上嫩滑既牛仔骨,食落不但不硬,肉味濃香,加上軟滑年糕吸盡牛肉汁,實在必食。老壇酸菜魚:朋友主要都想食酸菜魚,這裡的酸菜魚不但麻味十足,而且用上桂花魚,肉質鮮嫩,吸晒酸菜湯底,更令肉味突出。貴妃紅棗糕:用上新鮮紅棗令到紅棗紅更加香口,加上蒸得合時唔會太硬。總結,這裡環境同食物麵好好,份量又大,實在係與朋友聚會的好去處。

老壇酸菜魚:朋友主要都想食酸菜魚,這裡的酸菜魚不但麻味十足,而且用上桂花魚,肉質鮮嫩,吸晒酸菜湯底,更令肉味突出。

貴妃紅棗糕:用上新鮮紅棗令到紅棗紅更加香口,加上蒸得合時唔會太硬。

總結,這裡環境同食物麵好好,份量又大,實在係與朋友聚會的好去處。
