To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心皇宮向來都是我飲茶首選之地,因為食物質素一直保持水準而且環境好,雖然價錢較貴,但絕對是物有所值!南乳豬手,不是我吃的,而是家中之寶的至愛。不能為此作味道的評論,但賣相絕對比其他食肆好,一件件的豬手分明,汁不會太多太稠,唯一的問題就是天氣凍之時,豬手會很快「起膠」‥‥‥蜂巢芋角,哈!每次到美心例必是一客,因為做得太出色!蜂巢的表面,十分鬆脆~內裡的芋蓉黏黏的,加上蝦仁、叉燒、冬菇作配料,口感豐富之餘,味道也有層次!可惜的是有時會不夠新鮮,芋角沒有溫度,油份積聚在底部,墊底紙吸油吸到滿滿‥‥‥真希望美心可以將擺放已久的芋角拿走,不要照賣給客人‥‥燒鵝脾米粉,忘了拍照‥‥‥指明要脾加$5,但依然值得!因為貨真價實,原隻脾完整奉上,不過SIZE好像細了一點。米粉大大碗,一定吃得飽。燒鵝肉質嫩滑,配上酸梅醬的確一流!離開時見樓下排住長長的人龍,是下午茶的吧。我比較喜歡吃午市,因為款式齊全;下午茶時份,有很多點心已經售罄,想要吃的多數也沒有了。

蜂巢芋角,哈!
每次到美心例必是一客,因為做得太出色!
蜂巢的表面,十分鬆脆~內裡的芋蓉黏黏的,加上蝦仁、叉燒、冬菇作配料,口感豐富之餘,味道也有層次!可惜的是有時會不夠新鮮,芋角沒有溫度,油份積聚在底部,墊底紙吸油吸到滿滿‥‥‥真希望美心可以將擺放已久的芋角拿走,不要照賣給客人‥‥
