Restaurant: Choi Fook Royal Banquet (Fortune Metropolis)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 臨近新年到處的中餐館也難以訂座,彩福同是,最終找了幾家分店才能預訂到八時半的時段與家人聚餐。彩福以婚宴裝潢及高性價比作招徠,早已是我收藏名單的其中一員。新年期間的餐牌只有這兩頁,稍有失望,皆因平日菜式選擇蠻豐富,還有多款特惠小菜/海鮮。蒜蓉蒸大元貝 ($138/4隻): 平均$34.5/隻,對比一般酒樓$68/隻已經打了五折,大元貝夠肥美厚肉,蒸煮時間稍長,肉質一般。粉絲及蒜蓉吸入元貝的肉汁,特別香口,此做法從來也是絕配。脆皮南乳雞 ($68/半隻): 此是彩福其中一款最特優推介,紅燒炸子雞配惹味南乳醬,皮脆肉嫩又夠香口,整體偏濃味。(孖寶優惠) 鹵水豬腳仔 + 斑頭腩煲 ($168): 鹵水夠入味,但不會太鹹,肉質夠軟腍而不黏骨。斑頭腩煲 — 魚腩幾乎是整條魚最滑的部位,斑頭腩先炸後炆,外脆內軟,魚肉又夠滑身。
